In odd times, where milliseconds may mean different realities and the Today is already Old, due to the lack of predictability for the future, we should anchor ourselves in the knowledge of history’s great geniuses. A dose of optimism and responsibility to make us stronger when out of these dark times would already be a great restart, once we have the obligation to become better and more sensible.

To value investment scenarios grounded in the strong currency called ‘real estate’ and thinking about the vast productive chain of civil construction as a Strong ballast composed of land and what is built on the top of it, this will surely be one of the paths able to generate thousands of jobs through this strong productive chain.

Our triple command, through Joal Teitelbaum’s Excellence Council, when deciding the path to follow, has always adopted measures knowing first that no matter the size of our legs, we need to know how solid is the ground we have ahead and then take a step into the future. 

Joal Teitelbaum’s greatest differential is being a professionalized family company with members that didn’t get their knowledge only through the academy, but that were forged in the construction sites and learned to live and surpass difficulties. We built a business where those who lead know the everyday language of civil construction as well as apply unique management and planning strategies to real estate projects.

Through solid and prudent actions in the management of commercial buildings, residential projects, planned neighborhoods or corporate constructions, we have left an intangible legacy, where the results are distributed among all the stakeholders.

Born with the DNA for innovation, we were pioneers in the adoption of quality and productivity standards in civil construction and conquered all of PGQP (Rio Grande do Sul Quality and Productivity Program) and PNQ (National Quality Prize) prize levels. Those recognitions lead us to the status of a World Class Company. We have been constantly improving our environmental processes, since 1995, when we started the implementation of sustainable concepts in our construction sites. Measures to help preserve the environment were put to practice in our management process, firstly with the CONSERVE method, and more recently with the adoption of principles and guidelines from the United States Green Building Council (USGBC) and the GBC Brazil.

In this new era, our intellectual capital, thrust from our clients, innovation and respect for the environment will guarantee our maintenance and expansion through new horizons adapted to this new reality. Yes, people will rethink their way of living and may even gather some positive aspects from this situation. To agree and disagree is part of humanity’s daily life, but common sense must be our guide, so we may live together with the transformations that, obligatorily, will need to go through respect, change of habits and life philosophies.
